Comfort med: Tylenol (acetaminophen) has no virus killing effect against the RSV virus yet it is often helpful for the discomfort of the patient.

No: Tylenol (acetaminophen) is an analgesic (pain reliever) and an antipyretic (lowers fever). In rsv, it may lower fever, but it does nothing per se to improve the RSV infection.
