Booster?: Compression is good as in socks or stockings, restricting salt in diet, elevating legs whenever you have a chance. An internist will decide if a diuretic could be used. I don't know of any "booster" that will all of a sudden bring fluids north bound through your veins.

Elevation, Support: Keeping your feet elevated as much as possible is important. I would also suggest you try gradiated support hose or stockings. It is best to have them fitted. Diuretics may also be used but these may cause a depletion of electrolytes and require electrolyte supplements and monitoring with chem profiles.
