Have it examined.: An x-ray can determine whether you fractured the bone or if it is a bruise. But definitely have it checked out.

See your podiatrist: This is either a stress fracture, plantar fasciitis or a compressed nerve causing the pain. You should see your foot doctor soon to help determine what the problem is and get an early resolution to this problem.
