Heat intolerance: Yes, if the brain injured involves the area of temperature control. However, most mild to moderate brain injury patient will develop post brain injury late effects, such as anxiety, personality disorder, depress. Most of these cases will report intolerance of heat during summer.

Thermoregulation : It is possible, but would expect to see other associated objectively verifiable neurological deficits along with it. From what doctors know, the hypothalamus is responsible for core body temperature regulation. Since the hypothalamus is tinny and controls many other things in our bodies, a trauma causing heat intolerance would most likely cause other named problems of the hpa.
