Not great choices: Your best bet is to try to avoid loud noises and wear hearing protection when you are around loud noises. Also decrease caffeine and alcohol intake as much as possible. It used to be that ENT doctors offices would do Lidocaine IV drips for this but it is not really done anymore. No great medicine available just protect and help your ears as much as possible. Also see your dr and see if wax also.
