Yes: It is possible, but extremely rare for this to happen. Bacteria that cause knee infections typically are not involved in meningitis or ear infections, so it is rare but not impossible. Chronic treatment with antibiotics may make you more susceptible to other bacteria, which can cause hearing problems. Also some antibiotics have direct side effects that affect hearing.

No: Knee infections per se should not make you deaf, but some of the antibiotics like amino glycosides can have an effect on hearing.
