If i got my first period at 15 does it mean i'll have a later menopause?

The opposite: Most patients who start their periods earlier go through menopause later, and those who start later(after age 12) usually end in their 40's. Also, check the age of your mother's menopause, if she did not have surgery(hysterectomy) and you will have a rough idea about your own.

Not necessarily: The timing of the first period and menopause are not connected.
