I have had a headache for three hours. how can i treat it?

Try OTC Pain Meds: Try tylenol, (acetaminophen) Ibuprofen or Aleve at reccomended doses on the package if the headache isn't severe or the very first time you have had a headache. In those cases you need to see a dr. Asap. Otherwise try the simple remedies above. If that doesn't work see a dr. Don't start taking the meds habitually if the headaches continue as you may be creating a "rebound" or medication overuse headache.
