IBS: The goal is to relieve symptoms. Life style changes are important, such as regular exercises & improved sleep, avoid caffeine/tea/cola, increase fiber intake, avoid large meals, talk to your doctor about medications to relieve constipation or diarrhea or intestinal infections.
