Cubital tunnel: Most commonly, ulnar nerve is trapped at the level of the olecranon fossa at back of the elbow, and treatment can involve medication, pt, steroid injection, or surgical nerve transfer out of harms way. Less common, is involvement of median nerve at the front of the elbow. An EMG study can help guide treatment interventions.

Depends on severity: Nerve damage comes in many forms from pressure on the nerve to complete nerve lacerations. Compression can be treated with splinting, changes in your activity or surgical decompression. Severe damage to nerves can be treated with nerve repair or reconstruction. Sometimes transferring of tendons to new muscles can be used to substitute for badly damaged nerves.
