Funny bone: The nerve that causes the "funny bone" sensation near the elbow and sometimes "jumps" with flexion and extension is the ulnar nerve. The cubital tunnel is the region where this nerve traverses around the inside of the elbow.

Ulnar Nerve: That is the ulnar nerve. This is the one we commonly refer to as the funny bone when we hit our elbow.
