Very carefully: Lance it with a sterile needle just popping into the blister. Do not push the needle in any further then you have to. Let the fluid ooze out. Do not take the roof of the blister off. Apply some antibiotic ointment and place a bandaid on it. If there is any surrounding redness consult with a doctor for possible oral antibiotics.
