Had a stomachache and a headache yesterday. both are still there. should i be worried?

HEADACHE: Stomachache and headache can be hypoglycemia attack if not eating regularly or a viral infection if negative physical examination. I think it can be treated symptomatically with antacid and tylenol (acetaminophen). Nothing to worry but if sx persists , pls. See md.
