Thyroid/fibromyalgia: Many patients with hypothyroidism also have symptoms of fibromyalgia. Some of the symptms are overlapping like depression, muscle and joint pain.Many people believe that both are auto immune diseases, so we always check thyroid enzymes and antibodies in patients with fibromyalgia.
