What is the use of monistat 7 cream?

Vaginal Yeast: Monistat 7 is a 7 day treatment for a vaginal yeast infection. It is used by inserting an applicatorful of the medication in the vagina at bedtime for 7 days. Monistat 3 is used for 3 nights and Monistat 1 (tioconazole) for 1 night. The amount of medication is increased in the shorter timed treatment. Monistat 7 is more effective than the other two treatments for pregnant women and perhaps non pregnant.
