A few measures.: If you are having bladder issues and pain, i highly recommend seeing a urologist to evaluate you. Most medications require a prescription, are highly effective, treat the problem, & do more than help symptoms. Pyridium (phenazopyridine) is an over the counter medication that can help with burning pain with urination. Ibuprofen helps with inflammation. A warm water bottle or sitz bath can help with bladder spasms.
