Exam is key: Have you been examined? If pelvic floor prolapse is your problem, you could start by doing pelvic floor PT , Kegel exercises or Pilates . Avoid bladder stimulants like nicotine and caffeine. You could see how this works for a few months.

Medication needed: Frequent documented urinary infections need antibiotics and sometimes topical estrogen cream in postmenopausal women. Overactive bladder if real after a careful diary of your urinary pattern is given to the urologist.Treatment may start with changes in diet(less caffeine,spices,alcohol..).Next step is medication to relax the bladder. Botox injectios in bladder wall may be tried. Neuromodulation ..
