Consult your doctor: Opiate withdrawal can be a difficult process causing problems with muscle pain, temperature regulation, hydration, sleep problems, etc. Rather than go through this without treatment, consult your doctor. Benzodiazepines or other medications might be helpful to make the withdrawal process more bearable and successful.
