Should not cause: withdrawal symptoms if you only had two tablets in a 24 hour period. Withdrawal symptoms usually occur when one has been taking a medication, e.g., Lortab, steadily for a long time then suddenly stops the medication abruptly. If your migraine persists, seek medical attention as there are other medications available that are much better at treating migraines that are not controlled/addictive.
