What can i do about all my blue veins showing in legs?

See a vein expert: The good news is you are not stuck with those blue veins. Depending on their size, they can be very effectively treated with sclerotherapy (for small veins), phlebectomy (for med size veins) and endovenous ablation for the larger veins. All of these procedures can be done in an outpatient office. See an experienced vein specialist for evaluation so they can determine which treatment is best!

Depends: In some women with very transparent skin, blue veins showing on the legs are normal. If the veins are raised or you have symptoms, you could have a consutlation with a phlebologist, interventional radiologist, or vascular surgeon who is committed to treating vein disease. After an examination and an ultrasound, which should be done with the patient standing, a treatment plan can be developed.
