Need to know if you get nasal swelling from picking nose?

Possibly: If you are having problems with excessive crusting, you should address this rather than constantly picking the nose. I recommend something called ponaris oil. It is hard to find but very effective. In my practice, I have seen cases where the person has picked a hole through the septum, so be careful.
