No reason too: Lupus is an autoimmune disease whereby the nuclei in the cells are being attacked by your own immune system. Sep 21, diagnosed with sarcoidosis, 20 yrs lupus SLE, put on oxygen/steroid therapy. Steroids for 30 days 40 mg to now 20 mg. Oxygen level stabilized at 97% w/out using oxygen, HR 70. Nightly, oxygen stays up but HR goes to 98/108, should ox be used?
