Lymphedema can be caused by autoimmune diseases but is rare in lupus. Ozone therapy for inflammatory disorders is somewhat controversial. Your rhematologist would be up to date and can answer your question best.

Sep 21, diagnosed with sarcoidosis, 20 yrs lupus SLE, put on oxygen/steroid therapy. Steroids for 30 days 40 mg to now 20 mg. Oxygen level stabilized at 97% w/out using oxygen, HR 70. Nightly, oxygen stays up but HR goes to 98/108, should ox be used?
