Yes but: Your physician should know about it, as it is likely to change the dose of warfarin you need while you are on it. Your INR will need to be monitored closely during and slightly after you take miconazole.

No...: The class effect of imidazoles (miconazole) is interference of Coumadin (warfarin) metabolism, thus increasing the protime/inr--the measure of systemic anticoagulation. This can increase the risk of bleeding complications...

Yes: Miconazole is a cream useful for yeast, fungus, and seborrheic dermatitis. Since it is used only on the skin & not absorbed, it will have no effect on prothrombin time.
