Amerigel: Amerigel is the best day to day gel for wounds. If you have a wound that is not healing i would suggest going to your local woundcenter for evaluation.

Most Hydrogels: Most hydrogels work well. Remember that a hydrogel is only for a dry wound so don't use it on a draining wound. I find slight differences between brands but not enough to worry about. If you are not sure see a wound healing center.
