Depends who you ask: Circumcision dramatically reduces the chances that a man will ever get cancer of the penis. It is generally easier to keep the penis clean after circumcision. Other think that it may reduce sensation. If done as an infant without local it appears to be very painful. If done with local perhaps not. Religious reasons also get into the argument. No easy clear cut answer.
