Feeling hot all time: The most common cause of feeling hot all the time is hyperactive thyroid gland, and that will show on blood test for tsh, T3 (liothyronine) and free t4 in females it may be due to menopause.You are only 41, but could be premature menopause, discuss with your gynecologist, if your thyroid is normal and lastly some drugs like antidepressants and others can give you that feeling sometimes.
