Pain/throat/chest: The commonest cause of sumptoms you describe is gastro esophageal reflux.You can try over the counter Prilosec or prevacid (lansoprazole).If you still have the symptoms you should cosult your doctor as it may be esophagitis and may need endoscopy.Rare cuses are inhalant allergy, gall bladder disease.
