Nope: "leukocytosis" is a fancy way of saying higher than normal amount of white blood cells. Many causes. "thrombocytopenia" [?] is a fancy medical way of saying low platelets. These are different parts of the blood. Hope this helps.

No: Those are two different conditions. Leuko relates to white blood cells and thrombocytes are platelets the conditions can co-exist.
