Depends on cause: There arena variety of reasons why your skin may appear dry. Some may be medically related to medications or from sun exposure. Dry skin may benefit from exfoliation . This may be related to excessively oily skin and may require medical treatment with retinoids. Mositurizers, while providing some benefits, may not be the best solution and could make the situation worse.
