Same: Varix or varicosity that becomes locally dilated just under the skin is further classified as aneurysmal. For the patient the risk is bleeding if it gets a minor trauma ...Like a scratch. Bleeding from a pressurized varix aneurysm can be dramatic. Time to get evaluated.
