A member asked:

Does leukemia prevent people from getting certain types of jobs?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: It is illegal, as far as i know, to deny someone a job based on their health status. In addition, if one has leukemia and is otherwise healthy with their disease under control i know of no reason they cannot do any job for which they are qualified.
