A member asked:

At what age should you start checking your breasts?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Earlier is better!: And it is never too late to get in the habit of checking them. In the bath or shower when your hands are soapy, use your palms (not your fingers) and quickly go over them in a regular manner. You will quickly learn what is normal for you and will likely know early should something ever develop.
