Mammograms ?: Depending on family/primary female relative history, routine self exams (monthly) and annual digital mammography after 40 until age 50, then every other year until age 74. If you are in a "high risk" category, breast MRI is more accurate. Discuss this with your gyn physician who is familiar with your precise personal and family history .
