Cream, but...: Depilatory creams dissolve hairs so that they wipe away. The hair left behind is usually softer than if it had been shaved. Razors cut hair at an angle, making the regrowth look thicker & more likely to develop ingrown hairs & razor bumps. The major downside to the creams is potential irritation & you need to use caution near the mucosa (mouth, vagina). Electric razors are a good option, too.
