Is it safe to take cal-c-vita ( mainly 1000mg vitamin C & 250mg calcium & 300ui vitamin d & 15mg vitamin b6) during pregnancy?

Yes: Also important to take 0.4mg to 1mg of folic acid daily with DHA approximately 200 mg. Clearly a good, balanced nutrition is important too. Best Wishes
