Might try: Achilles tendon stretch for about 5 minutes prior to bedtime. Have one leg behind with foot flat on floor and bend forwards with opposite foot placing tension on calf and achilles tendon for at least 30 sec each side. Repeat times 3. May be useful, but if not might try a drug such as horizant.
