Toto toilets: Apparently very safe when used as directed. Any tool can be unsafe if directions are not followed or the tool is abused. They do require extra plumbing & are initially quite expensive, especially the ones with all the bells & whistles, but people who have used these toilets tell me they will never go back to anything else.
