Yes: Recommendations for travel after an ivf treatment vary from center to center. Originally, women had recovery room bed rest for as much as 4 hours. Now women leave the office almost immediately. We do not really know exactly, so you may want to delay your trip home for a day or two. The delay would be for psychological reasons mostly but you may get solace if the test is later negative.
