Yes: I'm a pathologist and actually weigh hearts and there's a great deal of utter nonsense about enlarged hearts. All fat people, all competitive athletes and all non-competitive athletes who are really fit have enlarged hearts, just like a weightlifter has an enlarged biceps. If the heart's big because of disease or hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, even this may not be a problem. Your doc can help.
