Allows Activities: The functional answer is bleeding that doesn't interfere with your daily activities (work, exercise). If you have accidents staining sheets or clothes, have to avoid certain activities, or can't leave your home then you should see your doctor for evaluation and treatment options. There are many things we can do so you're free of suffering bleeding that is too much, too often, or too long.

Menstrual bleeding: The duration of menstrual bleeding is generally 3 to 5 days. The quantity varies, but if you are saturating more than 3 pads/ 30 minutes or having bleeding greater than 7 days, then that would be abnormal and require GYN MD evaluation. Keep a menstrual calendar for 3 months to take to the GYN MD appontment to demonstrate your individual menstrual bleeding pattern for determination.
