No: There is no evidence that anything will prevent alzheimer's disease (dementia) although there are many studies suggesting that we can lower our risk. Yes, this is semantics but that's our current state of knowledge: association but w/o proof of causation.

No: There is no evidence that listening to music decreases risk of alzheimer's disease. It can develop even in musicians, see movie "a song for martin".
