Walking is great: Walking is good for your health. It has many uses like it relieves stress , helps your heart health and gives you good sleep. Start slowly and cover half a mile to one mile for the first week; then you should increase it slowly to 2 miles and do it daily(or at least 5 days/ week). Pick up pace slowly and try to do one mile distance in 15 to 20 minutes. This will make you breath faster and sweat.
