See below: Cutaneous mastocytosis characterized by accumulation of mast cells in the skin includes mastocytoma, urticaria pimentosa, and bullous mastocytosis mimicking recurrent impetigo. Accumulation of mast cells in other organs of the body results in systemic mastocytosis often seen in adults.
