A member asked:

I have a reoccurring rash on my nose that only appears when it gets really hot. are there any otc creams that can take care of this type of rash?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Nose rash: Best guess is that this represents a kind of acne. Therefore the best treatments are likely to be things like benzoyl peroxide, retin-a, topical antibiotics, or systemic antibiotics. Another possibility is seborrheic dermatitis (which would be unusual on the nose), and you could try cortisone cream 1% for that.
