No: I can't think of any reason that lifting weights would increase hair growth unless Anabolic steroids or testosterone was being used. There are no known hormonal changes with exercise that would explain hair growth in men. In women, aerobic exercise decreases estrogen, so male hormones become more dominant and one could see facial hair & acne increase. This is an increasing problem in women.
