how long does complex regional pain last for?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Richard Rosenthal
36 years experience Pain Management
It depends: Cprs is a chronic progressive disease. Although there is no definitive treatment, it can be helped significantly with treatment especially if treatment is begun early in the disease. I recommend finding a good pain medicine physician. Get a recommendation from your doctor or a friend. You can also look on the web for associations of patients with the condition. They can offer help and support.
