SSRI's: If this is a continuous or more noticeable problem, (<1 minute) and if it really bothers you and or your partner, there are medications that are highly effective at slowing down ejaculation, sometimes even at very low doses.

A few ideas: You're a man, right? Sometimes something as simple as a condom or a dab of anesthetic gel on the end of your penis will slow things down. A very low dose of a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor will delay ejaculation. Best is the squeeze technique, you and your partner will learn and train together to bring each other to new heights of mutual satisfaction & enjoyment.
