Are there natural remedies for shellfish allergies?

No: Most shellfish allergies are life-long, and there no currently accepted ways of permanently desensitizing someone, although there is active research on this. If you have a severe shellfish allergy, injectable Epinephrine for reactions is critical, and herbal or natural remedies should not be relied on to rescue you from the reaction.
