Depends: Allergy treatment is based upon three pillars: avoidance, pharmacotherapy and immunotherapy. The ultimate natural therapy would be avoidance.

Allergy: I find that inhaled allergens (pollen, dust, etc.) become less of a problem when they are promptly removed from the nose where they first enter the body. Neti pot nasal rinses have really worked well for many of my patients. It's not a cure but it may set the world on fire in cases of bad allergies where avoidance of allergens is simply impossible.

Not really: Natural remedies are not terribly effective for allergies. There are many safe and effective medicines for allergies over the counter and by prescription. An allergist can test you to identify what you are allergic to and help develop an appropriate treatment plan which may include medicines and/or allergy injections.
